Facebook Games like MyCityLife are just about continuity and not really about being good at something, so i have a chance against my bear =X. They need only time and when she is working all day i have high chances to get faster a higher level, but she has more neighbors who can help her. At the moment we are back to back and in the next days we see how it turns out haha. But still we help each other of course. It is more about seeing how the city grows than making experience fast. x)
